— L. Blake Harvey, Lawrence Blake Group Int'l. Founder

Dear Lawrence Blake Group Int'l. Investors,

What a year it has been! This time last year, I was in Honolulu, Hawaii on a spiritual mission to expand my consciousness as well as the geographic reach of Lawrence Blake Group Int'l. into countries within the Asia-Pacific region. There is little I can say to express how much I've learned about the world and myself while living on Oʻahu, and I am forever appreciative of the aloha and priceless advice shared with me. I never could have imagined that a young guy from New York with little but a dream would be blessed with the opportunity of working with Hawaii's most respected CEO's, nonprofit executives, legislators, and Native Hawaiian community organizations. Although my work in Hawaii is far from over, it's quite a different feeling waking up to the cold and gray days that New York offers during this time of the year.

In the Winter of 2015, Lawrence Blake Group Int'l. will pilot one of the largest art celebrations and fundraising efforts Hawaii has ever seen, titled 'Hawaii Arts Month', and I truly look forward to sharing details once they become available. Additionally, the firm is excited to announce a year-long community engagement and education initiative with the Kumuola Foundation, a Native Hawaiian-owned organization deeply rooted in its mission to perpetuate Hawaiian Arts and Culture through the legacy laid before all of us; of people, places, arts & spiritual practices, sustainability, and education.

Our 2015 development strategy will emphasize our new international corporate citizenship program by, in part, strengthening our powerful roster of pro-bono accounts, while increasing the reach of our core philanthropic message of supporting arts education funding for public schools, and incubating ideas and organizations dedicated to positively impacting climate change.

Today, I am back in the concrete jungle that originally gave me my wings, committed to the expansion of the firm's Executive Coaching, nonprofit, issues management, and pro-bono divisions in 2015. New York is a city unlike any other. It's not necessarily easy to make it here, but the benefits of the vast population, business community, and political muscle outweigh the sometimes nerve-racking moments when you become aware of the competition that awaits around every corner. I am happy to be back in my hometown of New York City, and I know that the love and support from friends, family, clientele, and colleagues is enough to help bring to fruition my larger-than-life vision of building the world's most esteemed independent communications firm.

2014 has been a monumental year at Lawrence Blake Group Int'l. We've expanded in several key areas including the leasing of a flagship New York City office, appointment of six executive positions and three Advisory Board additions, a 200% increase in extended pro-bono hours, and the implementation of an competitive corporate citizenship program. To this date, we're continuing to improve the level of service provided to clientele, with the debut of a brand new corporate website just this past week.

A special thank you first goes to the firm's founding executive team: Chief Executive Officer Camille-Marie Gourdet, Chief Operating Officer Tuso Z. Boothe, Chief Financial Officer Shiva Prasad, Chief Information Officer Harrison Tsai, Chief Business Development Officer Ariana Yiannios, and Executive Vice President of Public Relations Damila Howard. Each day, I've witnessed every member of the executive team step up to the plate and prove their commitment to the firm's mission of providing the finest quality of service to the world's rising brands and organizations. For this, I thank you.

To our 2014 Advisory Board, I thank you for sharing your insight, experience, and professional resources, all in an effort to meticulously develop upon the firm's foundation, appropriately and within the right timing. To our expanded 2015 Board of Directors and Advisors, I gratefully welcome each new member and humbly thank those of you who are choosing to continue your board responsibilities into 2015.

To support arts education funding for public schools in 2015, the firm has partnered with New York-based nonprofit organization Bridging Education & Art Together, and will produce events and communications initiatives targeted toward helping people understand why creative expression is vital to a wholesome education for every child.

2015: The year of structure

Internally, the firm is calling 2015 the year of structure. As with any growth strategy, the more important factor is the underlying foundation of which any development is anticipated.

To support arts education funding for public schools in 2015, the firm has partnered with New York-based nonprofit organization Bridging Education & Art Together, and will produce events and communications initiatives targeted toward helping people understand why creative expression is vital to a wholesome education for every child. The highlight of our partnership includes the Music of a Generation Awards, an in-house crafted event scheduled to take place in late 2015 at New York's Carnegie Hall, featuring collaborations from America's most talented young artists alongside critically-acclaimed musicians. This event is scheduled to be aired on live television in the New York/tri-state area, and several partners have confirmed their support. I look forward to sharing more details on this event once they are made available.

To help incubate and bring to market ideas and organizations dedicated to positively impacting climate change in 2015, the firm's Board of Directors and Advisors will form a climate communications committee, comprised of thought leaders across the energy and technology sectors, working alongside leading atmospheric scientists. The goal of this board committee is to leverage resources made available by the firm and it's strategic partners to educate communities of people on issues of climate change and inspire leading-edge discussion and engagement at the international level.

I am deeply proud of the entire Lawrence Blake Group Int'l. team for bringing us to where we are today, and I am grateful to you, our shareholders and partners, for your unwavering support. As we embark on what will be the fifth year of operations of the firm, I promise clear and concise communications to all stakeholders and I know that with your continued support, we will see continued success throughout all of our efforts.

Thoughtfully,

L. Blake Harvey
