Today marks the 1-year anniversary of moving to Honolulu, Hawaii, and I couldn't be more happy. Coming from New York City to the most isolated island chain in the entire world has open my eyes to countless lessons that I will hold on to for the rest of my life. I'm so grateful for the people of Hawaii for their continued aloha and support.
This past week, has been an exhilarating one. I had the opportunity to meet some of my political icons in the State of Hawaii, include Governor Neil Abercrombie, Mayor Kirk Caldwell, Senator Jill Tokuda, Representative Cynthia Thielen, Representative Della Bellati, and Senator Suzanne Chun Oakland. These ladies and gentleman have shown me the true power of hard work and dedication, mentoring me on so many aspects of doing business in the Asia-Pacific rim. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
This week also marks the 1-year anniversary of the opening of Lawrence Blake Asia-Pacific, with staff based in Honolulu, HI working so hard to develop a presence for our executive coaching division within Hong Kong, Tokyo, Jakarta, Mumbai, and Seoul. To all the staff of Lawrence Blake Asia-Pacific and Lawrence Blake Group International, Inc., I thank you for your perseverance.
To the staff on the East Coast of the United States, I thank you for keeping our wheels moving. For all of the marketing material, for the live events you all have produced, the contacts you've made, and the reasons you've all given us to aggressively expand the firm.
As the firm prepares for the next few months of business, I know I am not alone in saying thank you to every single person and organization that has shown us favor and love. A special thank you to:
